Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published work in quantum complexity theory or fault tolerance
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
