Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (Qiskit, Cirq, or Rigetti)
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms and complexity theory
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Strong proficiency in Python and low-level quantum programming languages
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault-tolerance techniques
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for diverse stakeholders
