Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Lead research projects in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Develop quantum machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Collaborate with hardware teams to bridge theoretical concepts with practical implementations
- Publish findings in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in quantum information theory and quantum mechanics
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch for quantum ML integration
