Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence in qubit systems

- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive innovation through quantum computing hackathons
- Secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with published papers
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
- Demonstrated experience with superconducting qubit systems or trapped-ion technologies
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and information theory
- Track record of securing government or industry research grants
