Responsibilities

- Lead experimental research on qubit stability and quantum error correction
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor architectures

- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science
- Expertise in quantum error mitigation and fault-tolerant systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex experimental projects
- Experience with cryogenic systems and superconducting qubits
