Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography optimization and computational chemistry
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors

- Publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually in Nature/Science journals
- Secure $1M+ in government/private research grants for quantum initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and quantum mechanics
- Experience with high-performance computing and parallel processing
- Proven ability to translate theoretical concepts into practical implementations
