Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting and photonic platforms

- Collaborate with AI researchers to create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum specialization
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum programming experience (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, complexity theory, and error correction
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing or quantum information journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience with quantum hardware interfaces (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
