Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years postdoctoral experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Demonstrated expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error mitigation techniques
