As a key member of our Quantum Research Division, you'll work alongside Nobel Prize-winning physicists and elite software engineers to solve previously unsolvable problems in cryptography, materials science, and artificial intelligence. This role combines deep theoretical exploration with hands-on implementation in state-of-the-art quantum laboratories.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation challenges
- Develop error-correction protocols to enhance quantum system stability
- Lead experimental validation of quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing frameworks
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to patent development for quantum innovations
- Stay current with emerging quantum technologies through continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related quantum-focused discipline
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, or D-Wave)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Q#, or Cirq)
- Strong publication record in quantum information science or theoretical physics
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Experience with high-performance computing environments and parallel programming
