Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications
- Experience with NISQ-era hardware platforms
- Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable research plans
