Responsibilities

- Publish breakthrough research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Secure $10M+ in government and private sector research grants
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information with 5+ years postdoc experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum hardware architectures (superconducting, trapped ions, photonic)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Experience securing government SBIR/STTR grants
- Track record of leading multi-disciplinary research teams
