Responsibilities
- Design and optimize quantum algorithms for cryptography and simulation

- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers annually
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum information theory
- Partner with IBM/Microsoft quantum cloud teams
- Secure DARPA/NSF grants for cutting-edge projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering
- 3+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Publication record in quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Clearance for DoD quantum research projects
