Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithm research for cryptography optimization and computational acceleration
- Lead experimental validation of qubit stability and error correction protocols at cryogenic temperatures
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical computing systems
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present findings at international conferences like IEEE Quantum Week
- Develop patentable quantum solutions for real-world applications in finance, logistics, and materials science
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to quantum education initiatives
- Secure and manage research partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and statistical mechanics
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding through grants and partnerships
