Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum algorithms and error correction techniques

- Secure federal and private funding through grant proposals and research partnerships

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Engineering with 3+ years of postdoctoral experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research in quantum computing
- Strong background in quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and statistical physics
- Experience with cryogenic systems and quantum hardware integration
