Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum algorithm research for 2026-era applications
- Develop error-corrected quantum computing protocols using superconducting qubits
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Lead peer-reviewed publications and patent filings in quantum computing
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Prototype quantum solutions for industry partners in finance and biotech
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Published research in top quantum computing venues
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts for cross-functional teams
