Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental validation of quantum hardware performance metrics
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical frameworks for practical applications
- Author peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals and conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation initiatives
- Secure research grants and partnerships with leading academic institutions
- Contribute to quantum error correction protocol development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Expertise in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit simulation tools
- Strong background in machine learning or statistical physics
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
