Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Lead research in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems for 2026-scale deployments
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design next-generation quantum processors
- Publish high-impact research in top-tier journals and present at international conferences
- Develop quantum simulation frameworks to accelerate prototyping and validation
- Mentor junior researchers and drive cross-functional innovation across engineering, physics, and AI divisions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and quantum circuit optimization
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and complexity theory
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ) and cloud quantum services
- Strong Python/C++ skills and familiarity with machine learning frameworks
