Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum solutions with classical computing systems
- Publish breakthrough research in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences
- Develop scalable quantum software frameworks compatible with next-generation quantum processors

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, PRL) or major conferences
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms including superconducting qubits and ion traps
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Excellent project management skills with ability to lead complex technical initiatives
