Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Lead experimental research in quantum error correction and qubit stability

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum computing focus
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum information theory
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq)
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum conferences
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or superconducting qubits preferred
- Demonstrated ability to secure competitive research grants
