Responsibilities

- Secure federal and private research grants ($2M+ annual funding available)
- Translate theoretical quantum models into practical commercial solutions
- Advise C-suite executives on quantum technology adoption strategies
- Mentor junior researchers and publish 3+ high-impact papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum algorithms
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or ion-trap quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and computational complexity
- Track record of translating theoretical concepts into working prototypes
