Responsibilities

- Drive quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Develop strategic partnerships with quantum hardware manufacturers
- Mentor PhD-level researchers and interns
- Contribute to quantum security standards development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (postdoc preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science/Physical Review journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Strong programming skills in Python, Q#, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Experience leading research teams with $1M+ budgets
