Responsibilities
- Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing systems
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning applications

- Secure $5M+ in government and private research funding annually

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum control engineering
- Demonstrated ability to secure research funding from NSF/NIH/DARPA
