Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for error correction and optimization

- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information science

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field
- 5+ years industry experience with superconducting qubits
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes (surface, color codes)
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Track record of securing federal research funding
- Strong background in cryogenic systems engineering
