- Mentor PhD researchers and establish industry-recognized quantum standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware
- Published research in quantum computing with citations >500
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Proven track record of securing government/industry research funding
