Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Collaborate with Fortune 500 partners on real-world quantum implementations
- Drive research initiatives in quantum error correction and scalability
- Present breakthrough findings at premier industry conferences
- Secure patents and publish in top-tier scientific journals
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and QIS frameworks
- Proven track record of publishing high-impact research
- Strong leadership skills with 10+ direct reports experience
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and error correction
- Familiarity with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM, AWS, Google)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
