Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms targeting 2026 industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ quantum physicists and software engineers
- Secure $5M+ in federal R&D grants for quantum research initiatives
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with Intel/IBM to prototype next-gen quantum processors
- Present findings at Davos and IEEE Quantum Week conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Physics from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in Qiskit/Cirq and quantum machine learning frameworks
- Track record of securing DOE/NIST grants >$2M
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
