Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms with 100+ qubit stability
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for commercial deployment
- Secure $5M+ in research grants through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Pioneer error-correction techniques enabling fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Collaborate with AI division to integrate quantum-optimized machine learning models
- Author peer-reviewed publications in Nature/Science journals
- Present breakthrough findings at global tech summits including IEEE Quantum Week
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research with superconducting qubits
- Published record in quantum algorithm development or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience securing federal research grants
- Proven ability to lead technical teams of 10+ researchers
