Responsibilities

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-algorithm-hardware co-design

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development using Qiskit/Quil
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in Python/C++ with quantum simulation frameworks (Cirq, Q#)
- Proven track record of securing NSF or DARPA grants
- Experience mentoring graduate-level researchers
- Deep understanding of NIST post-quantum cryptography standards
