Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for practical applications in finance, healthcare, and logistics

- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Mentor cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptographic standards
- Present findings at premier conferences including IEEE Quantum Week and Q2B
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years research experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum computing platforms
- Track record of securing government or industry research grants
