Responsibilities

- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of quantum physicists, computer scientists, and mathematicians
- Secure $2M+ in annual research funding through strategic partnerships with DARPA and NSF
- Establish industry standards for quantum error correction and scalability
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science from Tier 1 institution
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, PRL) on quantum algorithms
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
