Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for practical applications
- Develop error mitigation protocols for quantum hardware
- Create hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Collaborate with physicists to translate quantum theories into executable code
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era devices
- Lead open-source contributions to quantum software libraries

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics and information theory
