Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for real-world optimization problems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical systems with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum networking standards
- Translate theoretical quantum models into deployable solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience with quantum annealing or superconducting qubits
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum algorithm design
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
