Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures with 10+ qubit coherence capabilities
- Develop error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Lead integration of quantum-classical hybrid computing frameworks
- Collaborate with AI research teams to optimize quantum machine learning algorithms
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptography systems
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Drive innovation through patent development and academic publications
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or superconducting qubit design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA)
- Proficiency with quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with cryogenic quantum system integration
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Track record of leading complex R&D projects to commercialization
