Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption systems for 2026 deployment
- Design scalable quantum network topologies with 99.999% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional pods developing quantum-ML hybrid algorithms
- Validate quantum hardware performance against NIST 2026 standards
- Author whitepapers on quantum security for IEEE journals
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Collaborate with MIT and Caltech on quantum cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or equivalent industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with cryogenic quantum processor interfaces
- Deep understanding of Shor's and Grover's implementations
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating quantum supremacy experiments
