Responsibilities
- Architect next-gen quantum computing systems with >1000 logical qubits
- Design error correction protocols achieving fault-tolerant operations
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm development teams
- Partner with hardware teams to optimize quantum chip connectivity
- Develop quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive open-source quantum computing standards initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quil, Cirq)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum systems
