Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for 2026 deployment
- Design error-correction protocols for 1000+ qubit processors
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams across physics, engineering, and software
- Secure quantum-resistant cryptography frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Drive patent development in quantum topology and entanglement optimization
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum hardware/software architecture
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum error correction
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum circuit optimization
- Experience with superconducting and photonic qubit systems
- Security clearance for DoD quantum projects
- Track record of leading quantum computing initiatives from 0 to 1
