Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures targeting 1000+ qubit systems by 2026
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computation
- Create hybrid quantum-classical workflows for enterprise applications
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for cryptography and material science
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit control and measurement systems
- Establish quantum security frameworks for next-gen infrastructure
- Mentor quantum engineering teams and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and circuit optimization
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
- Track record of publishing in Nature/Science or equivalent journals
