Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for enterprise-scale applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Partner with clients to solve complex optimization problems using quantum advantage
- Research emerging quantum hardware and software integration techniques

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (MS with 8+ years experience)
