Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives in error correction and quantum supremacy
- Collaborate with hardware teams on cryogenic control system integration
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen communications
- Drive patent portfolio expansion in quantum algorithm optimization
- Mentor cross-functional teams on quantum computational principles
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Proficiency with superconducting and trapped-ion qubit systems
- Strong background in quantum error correction algorithms
- Track record of leading technical teams to delivery
- Active TS/SCI clearance preferred
