Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures leveraging Qubit entanglement and superposition principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols for 1000+ Qubit systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic quantum processor performance
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Create quantum security frameworks resistant to next-generation cryptographic threats
- Author technical white papers and patent novel quantum computing methodologies
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum information theory and practical implementation
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
- Strong background in distributed computing systems and high-performance computing
