Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale systems
- Develop error-corrected quantum algorithms targeting real-world applications
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical hybrid workflows
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum solutions
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic systems)
- Present quantum roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum systems architecture
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum hardware
