Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise-level applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum algorithm optimization strategies
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum processors with classical systems
- Research and implement novel quantum computing methodologies for real-world problem-solving
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit stability and coherence enhancement

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in quantum error correction, entanglement manipulation, and decoherence mitigation
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper, Qiskit) and Python
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks applied to quantum systems
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals preferred
