Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum algorithms for machine learning and cryptography
- Optimize quantum coherence and error correction systems for real-world deployment
- Partner with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with classical computing frameworks
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-generation data protection
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or quantum algorithms
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum hardware
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts into business applications
- Track record of leading technical projects with measurable impact
