Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum processor architectures with 1000+ qubit configurations
- Develop quantum error correction protocols for 99.9% fidelity targets
- Optimize quantum-classical hybrid algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Establish quantum security frameworks for post-quantum cryptography
- Drive R&D initiatives in topological qubit implementations
- Collaborate with academic institutions on quantum supremacy benchmarks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum information theory
