Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-safe cryptographic systems for enterprise clients
- Lead hybrid quantum-classical algorithm development teams
- Optimize qubit coherence protocols for industrial-scale deployments
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Collaborate with MIT/Caltech partners on quantum hardware innovation
- Design post-quantum security roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Present breakthrough findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm design or quantum hardware engineering
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or comparable quantum frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Proficiency in quantum machine learning and NISQ algorithms
- Experience with cryogenic quantum control systems
- Security clearance preferred for government-contracted projects
