Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures with 100+ qubit coherence
- Develop error-correction frameworks for fault-tolerant quantum computing
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, engineers, and AI specialists
- Prototype quantum algorithms for cryptography and material science
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents
- Present breakthroughs at IEEE Quantum Week and Davos Tech Summit
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum circuit design with superconducting qubits
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum systems
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing infrastructure
- Track record of securing DARPA/NIH quantum research grants
