Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum circuits for commercial and research applications
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for financial and defense sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum error correction algorithms for real-world deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Contribute to quantum hardware-software co-design initiatives
- Publish research in top quantum computing journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor, Grover, VQE) and circuit design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in cryptography and cybersecurity
- Published research in quantum computing or adjacent fields
