Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously impossible computational problems
- Create quantum security protocols to protect 2026-era digital assets and communications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum applications for healthcare, logistics, and AI
- Research and integrate emerging quantum technologies (topological qubits, photonic processors)
- Develop quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics in climate modeling
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science or top-tier quantum computing conferences
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and classical optimization
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Deep understanding of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQ competition)
- Ability to translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies
