Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-resistant security protocols
- Collaborate with academic partners on error correction methodologies for 2026 deployment
- Create technical roadmaps for quantum computing integration into existing cloud infrastructure
- Present quantum computing breakthroughs to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Maintain compliance with NIST quantum security standards and emerging regulations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of leading quantum algorithm development teams
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation techniques
