- Design scalable quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit capabilities
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for industrial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum error correction implementation
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen communication systems
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum supremacy research
- Translate quantum computing breakthroughs into commercial products
- Present quantum roadmap to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in superconducting qubit systems and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Experience with cryogenic quantum computing hardware
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex R&D projects
